Access to the Northport HUB VPN service for the period corresponding to the selected plan, starting from the moment payment is received.
Current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Payment is accepted via crypto (through NOWPayments) or Telegram Stars (once Telegram is linked). Subscriptions do not auto-renew — every payment is a one-time purchase.
If access was not technically provided due to our fault within 48 hours of payment, a full refund applies. Other cases are reviewed individually — contact support@northport-hub.com.
Refunds are issued through the same method the payment was made with. Crypto refunds are processed manually and may take up to 5 business days.
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the connection stable but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
